The 4600-LF is an integrated lead frame indexer robot and bondtester that can automatically load, test & unload magazines of product.
Testing reams of magazines filled with sensors, memory and integrated circuits has never been easier. It also comes in benchtop form factor to fit into your test and quality assurance workflow.

The 4600’s rapid closed-loop XY axis reacts instantly. It moves to the test point faster than any operator. Large and small lead frames or strips can be tested in one routine without the need for horizontal indexing. This simplifies handling and greatly increases your product throughput.
Data Integrity
The future is big data and traceability, the 4600-LF is equipped with SECS/GEM. As-standard it has automatic data upload to local area network servers powered by our Paragon™ software. Failure images, test videos and data are all linked back the instant a magazine is scanned & loaded.
