LV 227 Bead Gun
Pneumatic bead gun combines zero-cavity needle and fast air-open/air-close actuation for high-viscosity cold adhesives used in high-pressure applications, including traymaking, beverage packing, and case and carton sealing.
Description
- Minimize adhesive buildup and premature curing with zero-cavity needle.
- Control adhesive output with integrated needle-stroke adjustment.
- Prevent adhesive skinning over nozzle during dwell times with nozzle cover.
- Select from nozzle diameters ranging from 0.3 to 1.5 millimeters (0.012 to 0.059 in.)
