Description
Nordson EFD’s 7197PCP-DIN-NX controller allows direct communication with a Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) or other manufacturing plant controllers using NX protocol over Transmission Control Protocol / Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) via Ethernet.
This technology enhancement allows operators to control all dispensing parameters directly from a PLC or computer, giving the operator complete remote control of our 797PCP volumetric dispensing pumps.
The 7197PCP-DIN-NX controller’s small form factor provides more working space on an automated production line. It is designed for mounting on a DIN rail inside machine cabinets.
Two 7197PCP-DIN-NX controllers are required for two-component (2K) meter mix dispensing.
7197PCP-DIN-NX controllers have the same feature set as the standard 7197PCP-DIN controllers, but with this added functionality of being network capable.
