Encore HD pumps are built to deliver powder to spray systems with minimum of air for superior application efficiency. Description
Encore HD pumps use HDLV® technology with High Density powder, Low Velocity air. They transport the powder from the powder feed hopper to the Encore HD powder coating guns. With the Spectrum HD powder feed center the pumps operate in a closed loop for a cleaner plant and zero contamination risk. You benefit of over a long period of maintenance-free pump operation for minimum operating cost and maintenance downtime.

HDLV Transfer Pumps
HDLV® High-Capacity powder transfer pump is used for transferring recovered powder from a cyclone, adding fresh powder from a variety of the bulk-feed devices. High volumes of powder are transferred with minimum of air. This significantly reduces the need for any excess air venting, aids powder sieving, eliminates waste.
