Description

Using local and long-distance public transportation is a comparatively high risk infection activity: In buses, trains and similar means of transport, many people come together in relatively small spaces, often over a longer period. Ideal conditions for virus transmission.

We too want to make our contribution in the fight against the Corona pandemic. That is why we developed new devices for new applications. Air purifiers for public transportation protect against infections and enable safe, relaxed travel.

Safety, reliability and comfort are basic expectations of passengers and travelers on local and long-distance transit services. To minimize infection risks, the transportation industry is looking for technical solutions to increase passenger capacity again while also increasing safety. A particularly reliable solution to increase passenger protection against viruses and bacteria is the disinfection of cabin air with UV-C (UVGI) light.

UV-C (UVGI) light destroys viruses and bacteria immediately. The light penetrates the thin fat layer inactivating viruses including the SARS-CoV-2 virus and its mutations. This is scientifically proven several times.

UV-C disinfection has been used for years in drinking water purification, air purification in HVAC systems and food packaging disinfection. It is chemical-free, dry and highly efficient. Disinfection systems with UV-C light retrofit very easily into buses and trains.
