Description
Nordson EFD’s UltimusPlus-NX fluid dispenser allows direct communication with a Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) or other manufacturing plant controllers using NX protocol over Transmission Control Protocol / Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) via Ethernet.
This technology enhancement allows operators to control all dispensing parameters directly from a PLC or computer, giving the operator complete remote control of our UltimusPlus-NX fluid dispensers. Save time by updating multiple dispensers from a centralized location.
In addition, UltimusPlus-NX’s intuitive web interface matches the local interface for convenience to program the dispenser from nearly any device remotely, including a tablet, PC, or mobile device.
Experience improved process documentation with the ability to download dispense log data from the unit to a USB drive or remotely directly to an FTP site.
UltimusPlus-NX I
This unit features a 0.7-7.0 bar (10-100 psi) pressure regulator and is ideal for dispensing a wide range of fluids.
UltimusPlus-NX II
This unit features a 0.02-1.0 bar (0.3-15 psi) pressure regulator and provides greater control when dispensing low-viscosity or thin fluids.
